Blind Mums Connect aims to provide consistently good support to members at all times, and to facilitate good relations between all volunteers and members. We require high standards of conduct from volunteers and Group Facilitators, who are obliged to adhere to the organisation’s policies and guidelines.
Any member, associate member or a person from outside the organisation wishing to make a complaint about a volunteer should please see our External Complaints Procedure.
Any volunteer wishing to raise a grievance or complaint about another member of the volunteer team should see the Internal Complaints Procedure.
